Wes Lansford – CEO
Mr. Lansford has been in the continuous inkjet printer and industrial inkjet printers industry for over 23 years. His prior position was with Willett/Videojet, a global leader in the industry. He was COO and General Manager for Willett North America for 3 years.
Mr. Lansford moved into product identification after eight years in the pharmaceutical industry as a Vice-President with McKesson, ranked 15th on Fortune 500, a $179 billion pharmaceutical wholesaler. He served as Vice-President of purchasing with a staff of 90 plus employees and managed 6 billion dollars in inventory. Prior to that in operations he was responsible for 9 distribution centers and nearly 1,000 employees.
Mr. Lansford has received many honors and awards for his management and leadership skills throughout his career. He has over thirty years in executive management and leadership experience that will enable the company to evolve into our next phase seamlessly through his management style and skills.
Malcolm Brown – CTO
Mr. Brown is a certified Mechanical and Electrical Engineer from the United Kingdom. He has 30 years of Continuous InkJet printer technical, engineering and integration experience. He was with Willett/VideoJet for 15 years as a systems engineer, integration engineer and technical manager. He is a notable engineer in the product identification industry. Mr. Brown earned his British qualifications with Rolls Royce Aerospace and 3 years in the British Army as an electrical and mechanical engineer.
Mr. Brown has had extensive experience with applications throughout the world and especially in Europe and the United States. He also has a vast knowledge of specialized vendors for the CIJ industry.
Jeff Berry – Engineering
Mr. Berry is an Electronics Engineer and has 37 years of experience with Willett/Videojet and CodeJet in the continuous inkjet printer and industrial inkjet printers industry. He has worked in purchasing, vendor management, service and as technical advisor, field service manager and training manager in this field. Mr. Berry brings immense knowledge, wisdom and customer experience to the CodeJet team.
